Miss Autopsy — week ending 2026-10-09: two clusters still undecided, and one is now inside its own buy zone
Miss Autopsy — week ending 2026-10-09: two clusters still undecided, and one is now inside its own buy zone
Internal accountability note, prepared October 13 on the October 12 settled screen (desk date = SPY's October 12 close; the week's baseline is the October 9 settled close). This is the Loop 4 companion to the Monday flagship and the one place the desk reads its own books, so paper ledgers, paper session logs and the desk's decision and call records are cited below. The real-money accounts were not read, and the screen's held class, which is drawn from them, was not unpacked. Nothing was fetched or backtested. Prices and returns are fields the engine computed in the desk's summaries (October 12 settled close unless dated) or figures printed by the week's briefs, scans, target reviews, call ledger and paper ledgers; none was computed by hand. Tuesday's session has not closed, so nothing dated October 13 is price truth.
FIRED triggers are pushed to the user: the October 12 trigger check printed ten FIRED rows, and none is actionable as written. Two sit on bench campaigns: the biotech campaign's CERT convert clause fired without its arm clause or its ratification gate, and the energy-disruption campaign's USO-above-$110 level has stood for more than 21 sessions. The other eight sit on closed campaigns, which are history under the date rule; none reopens on its old trigger. Readings are under "Trigger check".
The short version
- The screen: 1,263 symbols; 23 movers at +30% or more over 30 days with $10 million or more of daily dollar volume (four stale movers skipped). Four are covered and 19 are not: two own-or-decline clusters (security software, 3; biotech tools, 5) and an 11-name tail. 14 of the 19 were on the October 5 screen.
- It is not a coverage miss. All 19 sit on watchlists. 16 were named in a brief, scan, target review or nightly desk read during the week; NTSK, LIND and IMOS appeared only on the momentum boards.
- The decision step failed for a second week. The October 5 note asked for one grouped own-or-decline pass. Nothing is on file: no decision row on any of the 19 since October 5, no change to the biotech or optics campaigns' claimed names, no new entry in the biotech campaign log. The unwritten declines now generate work: the commissioning board routes PACB, NAUT and QSI to company deep dives.
- SDGR is inside its zone. The September 23 target ($23–$26, stop $20.50) printed in zone at $25.91 on October 12. SDGR shows as unclaimed only because its README anchor is missing from the campaign's registry row, the gap named on October 5.
- Security software was passed by rule twice. Okta as "extended"; Zscaler as "a bottom-and-pop, the long trend is not yet rebuilt", although its own target condition (a lighter-volume retest of $188–$198) printed on October 2. Cybersecurity is the month's strongest lane on the rotation map and has no campaign.
- Called right: the optics passes (AXT, MaxLinear and Semtech fell 12.73% to 28.48% over the seven days to October 12, two of three long trends intact); biotech's "a price bid is not the order evidence"; Nebius over CoreWeave; rates, not credit. Wrong or lapsed: Okta's July pass closed its 90-day window 44.47 points ahead of SPY; AXT's pass (+35.30 at 90 days) is still unreviewed twelve days past its review date; 53 of 80 open desk calls are past review.
- The books did not chase. Eleven Tier B books held Friday sessions and none bought. The week's fills were exits on written lines (Schlumberger, Bunge, Nutrien) and one photonics basket ticket that failed in three sessions. degen passed five straight index ENTERs for want of a thesis; on October 9 the coordinator adopted Evolved Rule 2 under the user's delegation, and TQQQ and SPXL are parked for today's noon fill.
What the screen says
miss-screen, October 12 settled close. MISS means no book holds the symbol and no active or monitoring campaign lists it among its claimed names; alone it does not show a missed notice, a passed entry or an executable T−1 trigger. Each row answers the operating book's three questions: in our data? which thesis should own it? what trigger at T−1? "(signal row)" marks a generated brief line, not desk prose. The four covered movers are not named in the screen's text output and are not unpacked here, because the held class reads the real-money ledgers.
The screen shrank from 41 movers on October 5 to 23. The October 5 optics cluster (14 names) is gone: every US-listed name in it except Everpure now shows a 30-day gain under 30%, after the AI-hardware selling of October 8 and October 12 recorded in the Friday and Monday briefs. The screen does not print its four stale-skipped movers; four rows fit, the Asian listings whose last bars are dated October 8–9 (6920.T, 3037.TW, 3105.TWO, 8046.TW, each above +30% over 30 days on those bars). None has normal trade access on record.
The prior-verdict join worked: the screen printed the October 5 note's single-line verdict ("OPEN; BOTH CLUSTERS PASSED BY RULE, OWN-OR-DECLINE OWED") against the biotech cluster with five repeats. The parser defect (a folded verdict reads as >-) is still an open engine row; the single-line verdict is the workaround.
Cluster 1 — security software, labeled "nvidia-open-agent-ecosystem" (3 MISS, $1,378M aggregate dollar volume; first clustered appearance)
The label is a watchlist built on September 30 from one X post (Lin, @Speculator_io, September 28) naming companies in NVIDIA's open-agent ecosystem; its own description calls the association "a research lead". The real neighborhood is the cybersecurity list, which the rotation map ranks the month's strongest lane: relative strength +21.8 on October 9 and +20.3 on October 12, every name in a strong uptrend.
| MISS | As of | 30D (%) | 1Y (%) | vs 200-day (%) | In our data / what the desk said | Candidate owner | T−1 / judgment |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| OKTA | 2026-10-12 | 36.38 | 151.92 | 95.6 | Yes: cybersecurity and tech-insider scans, Friday's Momentum Watch ("the rotation's cleanest leader"). Every read said extended: "strength, not entries"; "no zone until momentum resets". July 8 pass: "a timing pass, not a thesis pass", reopen "on the first orderly pullback that holds the 50-day" | None; the closed tech-rotation campaign's cybersecurity leg is history | A scored bad pass at 90 days. The reopen line was prose and nothing evaluated it |
| ZS | 2026-10-12 | 37.22 | -27.88 | 36 | Yes, the most-read name on the screen: a September 22 target (lighter-volume retest of $188–$198, stop $170), a September 25 watch call, a desk read every night October 5–12 | None | A written condition met and declined on the long-trend rule |
| NTSK | 2026-10-12 | 40.41 | -11.95 | 61.2 | Momentum boards only. No news file exists for Netskope, so no pull has ever covered a move | None | Visible, never read. Down on the year with negative alpha (-29.3): decline-shaped under the long-trend rule |
Zscaler. The watch call's condition was met on closes on September 29 ($198.36) and flagged in zone September 30. On October 2 the target's requested shape printed: a $196.60 close inside the band on 0.46 times normal volume. That night's target review kept the level and declined the entry as "a reversal off a broken long trend, not an intact one", the year then −36.1% with alpha −51.1, and the nightly desk read repeated it through October 12 ("Chasing the gap" at $225.78). Zscaler closed the week at $233.73 (October 9 cybersecurity scan); the call ledger's return since the September 25 call is +16.95%. Two filed 8-Ks went unread: September 24 (named in the September 25 target review) and October 6 (captured, body unread). Cause of the move: unknown. The October 8 news pull held quote pages and Friday's +7.8% came after it (cybersecurity scan); the October 12 pull holds quote, financials and September earnings pages; stock-events and the October 5–12 captures carry nothing.
Okta. The July 8 pass closed its 90-day window this week at +44.47 points over SPY (raw +48.99, call ledger), after grading as a good pass at 30 days (−2.68). Okta closed at $232.13 on October 9, 0.36% under its high (tech-insider scan). Cause: unknown. News was last pulled October 3 at Friday's scan; the October 9 pull holds price-target and quote pages; stock-events and captures carry nothing beyond an October 9 Form 4.
Disposition. A conviction miss by rule, not coverage, and two rules did the passing. Okta went as extended. Zscaler went on the long-trend rule the desk is told to apply: down on the year with negative alpha is the broken name. But Zscaler's path is also the user's stated entry pattern, bottom → pop → flag → breakout. The Lazarus screen had it waking at 4 of 5 on October 5 and 9; the September breakout was the pop, the October 2 light-volume retest the flag, the run to $233.73 the breakout. The rule and the pattern disagree on exactly this kind of repair name, and only the user can say which governs. The structural gap is upstream: the month's strongest lane has no campaign, so every read ends at "extended" with nothing to own the name.
Cluster 2 — biotech tools (5 MISS, $579M aggregate dollar volume; owed since October 5, all five repeats)
Over the 30 days to October 12, IBB is +0.66% and XBI −3.07% (desk summaries), and the rotation map lists the capital-cycle lane among the fading leaders. This is still a small and mid-cap tools run inside a soft sector. TXG left the screen: the October 6 genomics unwind (1 of 36 up; TXG −17.47%, cause unknown per that day's brief) cut its 30-day gain to 9.62%.
| MISS | As of | 30D (%) | 1Y (%) | vs 200-day (%) | In our data / what the desk said | Candidate owner | T−1 / judgment |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ILMN | 2026-10-12 | 34.01 | 191.14 | 65.7 | Yes, focus list, read nightly: "hold, don't chase" (October 5), "a parabolic trend resting" (October 8 and 12). Friday: BofA raised its target to $168, still Underperform (StockAnalysis). Report scheduled October 29 | biotech-capital-cycle (tools) | Passed as stretched; the written entry is a 20-day retest (per the October 5 note). The commissioning board marks a deep dive "ready" |
| SDGR | 2026-10-12 | 36.23 | 31.52 | 59.3 | Yes. September 23 target $23–$26, stop $20.50; in zone at the October 12 close. Target review: "hold-level … the post-pop hold is unproven", the week's fall (-20.52% over 7D) cause unknown | biotech-capital-cycle: a README anchor missing from the registry row | Now a live yes/no. On every screen since September 21 |
| NAUT | 2026-10-12 | 112.75 | 144.07 | 4.6 | Yes. October 9: +23.63%, only quote pages in that day's news. October 12 washout scan: "overbought — arrived fast; death cross intact" | — | Not our game, still not recorded |
| PACB | 2026-10-12 | 61.54 | 29.63 | 31.8 | Yes. October 5: +13.0% after two diagnostics firms said they would build on its sequencing data (StockStory). October 8: −15.4%, attributed as a blindside (signal row) | — | Not our game, still not recorded |
| QSI | 2026-10-12 | 83.78 | -34.62 | 42.9 | Yes. October 5: "Business-quality veto: sub-$2 companies with negligible revenue." October 9: "a $1.53 stock with negligible revenue, a lottery ticket." mention-scalper: under its $2 billion floor, "never" | — | Not our game, still not recorded |
Disposition. A conviction miss by rule plus registry drift, owed since October 5. Three things changed:
- SDGR became actionable on its own written terms, inside the September 23 zone on an intact long trend. A yes/no is owed now.
- The July 26 mid-cap rule is near its arm, and its gate has moved away. The rule arms on a pullback reset (TXG or CERT RSI under 45) and converts on the resume (RSI back over 55, price over the 20-day), but only "with the ratification gate confirming" (TMO, DHR and MEDP all over RSI 60). TXG prints ARMED at RSI 47.3, its arm in reach for the first time since July. The gate went the other way: TMO stood at RSI 64.7 in the campaign's October 5 table, and all three now sit in the mid-50s. As written, a TXG arm this week is still not an entry.
- CERT printed FIRED on the convert clause alone, with the arm DORMANT at the print and the gate unmet, so the line means nothing under the rule. Whether CERT dipped under 45 between October 5 (RSI 75 on the momentum board) and the cross cannot be read from a screen that evaluates clauses one at a time: the open sequential-clause engine row, now on a second symbol.
The suppliers that decide the campaign are scheduled to report around October 21 (Medpace, Danaher, Thermo Fisher, ICON, per Friday's campaign dispatch).
The unclustered tail (11)
| MISS | As of | 30D (%) | 1Y (%) | vs 200-day (%) | In our data / what the desk said | Judgment |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AVAX-USD | 2026-10-12 | 37.3 | -55 | 24.9 | October 9 crypto scan: "Watch; above 200-days, deeply negative years." Flipped from uptrend to pullback on October 12 (signal row) | Fourth autopsy naming crypto ownership. Down on the year with negative alpha (-72.36): a decline under the long-trend rule. Still owed |
| SHOP | 2026-10-12 | 39.16 | 16.63 | 38.3 | Focus list, read "extended" every night October 6–12; October 9 retail scan. News pulled October 12 holds nothing dated to the move. Report scheduled November 3 | First appearance. Passed as extended with no written entry level; a focus-list name should carry one |
| P | 2026-10-12 | 58.19 | 67.85 | 91.5 | October 9 AI-infrastructure scan: the board's highest RSI, no cause on file (news last pulled September 30) | Third straight autopsy. Passed as stretched. No owner: the nearline campaign covers hard-drive makers |
| PENG | 2026-10-12 | 54.73 | 254.66 | 91.9 | October 7 brief: +13.08% on 9.19 times volume after beating estimates, $1.00 a share against $0.77 (company release, October 6). swing-kid passed (RSI 76, parabolic; post-earnings drift belongs to its unfunded earnings-gap fork); mention-scalper: volume short, BofA initiation only as a tweet's paraphrase | First appearance. A post-earnings drift the desk has no book for |
| IOVA | 2026-10-12 | 69.3 | 580.37 | 187.3 | 2026 revenue guide raised to $410–$420M (September 29 brief, per the October 5 note). In the October 5 flagship's parabolic tier. An October 5 8-K captured, unread | Third autopsy. Commercial-stage biotech outside the tools thesis: not our game unless someone writes a thesis |
| KOD | 2026-10-12 | 201.79 | 755.69 | 163.4 | Cause reconciled: Monday's brief ties the run to Phase 3 wet-AMD data (Simply Wall St, October 7; a +174.40% session on September 28 per Investing.com) | Third autopsy. Clinical-stage binary: not our game. The October 5 open check on its contradictory cause lines is closed |
| NVAX | 2026-10-12 | 34.39 | 46.87 | 40 | Friday's Momentum Watch: "entered an uptrend Friday, cause not on file." Discovery list only, which the paper desk refuses. Cause unknown: news pulled October 9 holds quote pages and August results; stock-events and October 5–12 captures carry nothing | First appearance. A coverage-list question, not a research miss |
| GRAL | 2026-10-12 | 80.2 | 95.02 | 83 | October 9 biotech scan: cooled from RSI 82.0 to 67.8, "Don't chase"; dated backdrop the September 23 FDA advisory committee vote favoring Galleri (GRAIL's investor page) | Third autopsy. Diagnostics outside the campaign list; passed as stretched |
| BWET | 2026-10-12 | 38.94 | 6142.27 | 319.9 | Momentum boards; insight rows October 7 and 12 (signal rows). Backdrop: Semafor's October 8 report of record tanker charter rates. News last pulled September 28 | Fourth autopsy. The energy-shock campaign lists FRO, DHT, STNG and INSW, not BWET. No security-family row, so the September 21 tradability question has no answer on file |
| LIND | 2026-10-12 | 41.14 | 206.51 | 57.6 | Momentum boards only. News last pulled September 1 with no items: news not pulled for this move | Repeat. Visible, never read |
| IMOS | 2026-10-12 | 35.89 | 285.99 | 48 | Momentum boards only. An October 8 6-K (its document name points to September revenue), captured, unread. mention-scalper priced its Friday-blocked October 2 breakout at −6.69% a week later | Repeat. Visible, never read |
Six of the 19 carry the stretch screen's exhaustion class at the October 12 close (extended, rising on below-average volume): P, NTSK, IOVA, KOD, BWET and LIND. The stretch passes are consistent with the tape.
Trigger check — FIRED and ARMED (October 12 close)
| Campaign (status) | Clause | State as printed | Now | Reading |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| biotech-capital-cycle (monitoring) | CERT RSI > 55 | FIRED, newly crossed two sessions ago | 56.3 | Convert clause only; arm (CERT RSI < 45) DORMANT, ratification gate unmet. Not an entry under the July rule |
| us-energy-dominance (monitoring) | USO > $110 | FIRED, standing 21+ sessions | 151.03 | A level, not news. Promotion needs a physical-energy leverage event with the complex confirming, which the check cannot parse |
| war-ends-playbook (closed) | MSFT RSI > 65 | FIRED, newly crossed | 69.9 | One leg of a three-name conjunction; GOOGL and NVDA DORMANT. History |
| war-ends-playbook (closed) | EWY > $158; EWT > $89 | FIRED, standing 21+ sessions | 170.11; 114.27 | History |
| gold-crash (closed) | GLD < $410 | FIRED, standing 21+ sessions | 382.15 | History; the gold fund is under its 200-day |
| midterm-window (closed) | SPY RSI > 55 | FIRED, standing 6 sessions | 59.3 | The small-cap, consumer and fear legs are unparsed. History |
| crypto-geopolitics (closed, reopen trigger) | BTC > $80,000 | FIRED, standing 25 sessions | 81785.58 | The RSI > 65 leg DORMANT. A May frame: history, successor only |
| food-security-cascade (closed, reopen trigger) | DBA > $28 | FIRED, standing 21+ sessions | 28.44 | The MOS legs DORMANT. A May frame: history, successor only |
| oil-200-scenario (closed, reopen trigger) | USO > $130 | FIRED, standing 21+ sessions | 151.03 | Needs five sustained days and a fresh escalation catalyst (unparsed). History |
| biotech-capital-cycle (monitoring) | TMO, DHR, MEDP all RSI > 60 | ARMED | 56 / 56.6 / 55.8 | The ratification gate; receded since October 5 |
| biotech-capital-cycle (monitoring) | TXG RSI < 45 | ARMED | 47.3 | The July rule's arm, in reach for the first time since July |
| war-ends-playbook (closed) | AMZN > $265 | ARMED | 259.53 | History |
| gold-crash (closed) | UUP < $27.10 | ARMED | 29.13 | History |
The check watches nothing on the book. Of the six active campaigns, five carry watch-for text with no clause the check can parse, and energy-to-humanitarian-transmission carries no watch-for field at all, so it is absent from the check. Every evaluable row sits on a bench or closed campaign.
What the desk called right and wrong
Right:
- The optics passes. On October 5 the extended component names were "buy flags, not gaps", and that night's autopsy proposed owning MaxLinear, Semtech, AXT and Viavi. Nothing was bought. Over the seven days to October 12 AXT fell 28.48%, MaxLinear 15.64% and Semtech 12.73% (desk summaries). MaxLinear (58.6% above its 200-day on a +464.66% year) and Semtech (39.8% above on +146.49%) are deep pullbacks in intact trends; AXT, 0.3% under its 200-day on a +1,247.39% year, is a long trend under test.
- Biotech. "A price bid is not the order evidence the biotech-funding case asks for" (October 5). The capital-cycle lane went 1 of 36 up the next day.
- Neoclouds by the long window. The October 5 CoreWeave deep dive said stand aside below $85.64; CoreWeave closed at $82.08 on October 9, 11.3% under its 200-day. Nebius held 28.9% above its 200-day through Friday; Monday's close under the $219.70 shelf is still a deep pullback in an intact trend.
- Rates, not credit. High-yield spread 3.15% (October 8), VIX 14.84 (October 9), none of the twelve climate rows fired.
- The July pass cohort at 90 days. Five of seven July 8–9 passes trailed SPY (name minus SPY, points): ORCL −3.85, CIFR −33.58, CORZ −33.54, CRWV −2.61, HUT −17.61.
- The September 6 entry map at 30 days. 11 of 16 calls finished ahead of SPY; CEG, IREN, SNDK, VRT and WDC trailed. Most are unscored watch calls, so this describes where the levels sat, not a grade.
Wrong, or let lapse:
- Okta, above. Both wrong July passes were on names already far up their runs: Okta ("RSI 78 and 3% off its high is chasing") at +44.47, and AXT at +35.30.
- AXT. Its October 1 review date is twelve days gone with no review, the second autopsy to say so. The reopen condition ("bases above its 200-day (~$42.55) for a full quarter AND revenue…") has never been evaluated, and the price now sits on its 200-day, the first week the condition is even testable.
- Zscaler, above. A met, written condition declined in prose.
- Argenx. The October 5 flagship called it "the cleanest dip on the list". Three days later the Sjögren's trial halt (Endpoints News, October 8) took it under its 200-day, the June 29 deep dive's own invalidation fired, and the October 12 deep dive stands aside.
- The July 8 buy cohort at 90 days. Two of eight finished ahead of SPY (NBIS +10.90, TER +17.88); LASR −36.30, KGS −24.52 and CRDO −19.16 led the losers. CGNX, LASR and TER resolved as hits earlier, so their 90-day grades run past the exit.
- Call lifecycles. 53 of 80 open desk calls are past their review dates (54 of 80 on October 2). The one review date inside the week (UMAC, October 9) lapsed. 18 open calls carry an invalidation flag, CBRS and AGIO verified on October 12, and still read open.
- Moving pivots. Microsoft's base pivot read $522.85 on October 5, $535.69 on October 9 and $537.22 on October 12, so each "close through the pivot" was judged against a different line. A level recomputed nightly is not a pre-registered trigger.
What the books did versus what the research said
The research said set levels and don't chase; the books did not chase. Fills, from the paper ledgers and session logs:
- October 5 noon: swing-kid's photonics basket LAZR bought at $48.13; claude-trader's Schlumberger exit at $50.335 (−$38.15); buffer-trader's October BOCT rung.
- October 5 and 7: bench-signals' +20% targets on TTMI ($133.14, +20.4%) and TLN ($378.32, +20.3%).
- October 8: LAZR opened under its stop the day AI hardware sold; the exit check sold it at the $44.50 close (−7.5%).
- October 9: the exit engine sold claude-trader's Bunge at $102.73 (−13.78%), on the book's own October 2 line. Eleven Tier B books held sessions on the close and none bought (Friday report card).
- October 12 noon: claude-trader's Nutrien sale filled, 67.577349 shares at $67.76. swing-kid's SKYY buy was rejected for want of an exact 12:00 ET candle (October 12 EOD record) and stays parked. degen proposed TQQQ and SPXL under Evolved Rule 2, parked for the Tuesday noon fill; no fill is on file at writing.
Six findings:
- The index book's gate question got answered; the three parked mandate questions did not. degen passed box ENTERs on TQQQ and SPXL five nights running (October 5–9) because no artifact argued for owning the index, the October 5 note's finding 3. On October 9 the coordinator adopted Evolved Rule 2 under the user's delegation ("your call lol but that's degen right??"): the market read admits an index ENTER unless it argues against owning the index, re-graded after four admitted fills or on November 6. The first admissions came October 12, the night the brief said "nothing to buy", two days before the scheduled CPI. TQQQ's box price went from $83.12 (October 5) to $79.61 (October 12) across the passes; degen's own read is "That proves nothing either way." The SOXX-or-SMH question, mention-scalper's Friday rule (four Fridays now) and value-vulture's Rule 2 calculator all remain open. SOXL is moot this week: both semiconductor funds fail Rules 1–2.
- A pre-written line lived in prose, for the third time. claude-trader's September 28 Nutrien profile wrote "Out" on a close below the 200-day. On October 2 the book held on Exit Rule 6 "without consulting the profile's Out condition" (its own correction, October 9). The exit came three closes deep and filled October 12: the Schlumberger lesson from the October 5 note again.
- The parked SKYY proposal now contradicts its own break line. SKYY closed at $172.51 on October 12, under the $173.15 level the book named as a failed breakout. The rejection was a data miss, not a judgment, and the replay does not re-check a proposal's written break condition before filling.
- The basket ticket failed fast. The October 5 note credited LAZR with sidestepping single-name stretch; it failed in three sessions. swing-kid's prose Rule 3 saw a doji at the trade's high on October 6, and the coded exhaustion check cannot see candle shape (its open PB3 gap).
- Two gates earned their keep. momentum-trader's market gate stayed shut a seventeenth session, and three of its five October 2 gate-only refusals (AVT, ARW, AIS) failed inside five sessions. Every name mention-scalper's Friday rule blocked carried a second lock; its cleanest charts (HUM, NVAX) came off the discovery list, which the paper desk refuses, yet its box screens them anyway.
- Paper ledger integrity. D214 (filed October 10) restated eight historical own-book fills booked at stale closes: realized P&L moved −$734.51 for yolo, −$530.80 for claude-trader and −$223.83 for bench-signals. The fill path already refuses new stale fills.
Defects. Thirteen escape rows were observed October 6–9 (D201–D213): agents caught three, the blind spot check five, human reads three, a fix-lane read one, and the lab promote door caught D204 by refusing to replay on a gap. No closeout gate caught any. D214 reached the paper ledger.
Lessons that repeat

|---|---|---|---|
| Own-or-decline never gets recorded, so the same groups recur | One grouped decision asked for: crypto, semis, biotech, freight | None on file; 14 of 20 names back; the screen read folded verdicts as >- |
None on file again; 14 of 19 back; the commissioning board routes the unrecorded declines (PACB, NAUT, QSI) to deep dives |
| A written condition is not machine-watched | MXL trigger crossed with no action row | AXTI reopen, SLB exit and the TXG sequence in prose | CERT FIRED without its arm; Nutrien's profile line unconsulted; Zscaler's met target decided in prose; no active campaign carries a parseable clause; pivots that move nightly |
| Passing extended moves is the style working as designed | SDGR waiting for a pullback | Both clusters passed by rule; the cost shows after 30 days (AXTI, OKTA) | The optics passes paid within the week; Okta's 90-day window closed at +44.47 |
| Exits sell a one-day drop inside an intact trend | — | ARM trail sale on its −8.7% day | No new instance; LAZR's stop was a failed breakout |
| Visible on the board, never read | 18 of 20 movers with no dated trigger | Six tail names seen only on momentum boards; SEI's 8-K unread | NTSK, LIND and IMOS seen only on momentum boards; ZS (October 6), IOVA (October 5) and IMOS (October 8) filings unread |
| Human mandate questions block books | — | Three questions open since 09-25 blocked three books | degen's admission question settled by delegation; the other three still open |
New this week: the cleanest instance yet of the long-trend rule vetoing the user's own entry pattern (Zscaler), on a name whose written target condition was met.
What to decide this week (not filed; the user's call)
Smallest first. None adds a gate.
- SDGR: own or decline on the September 23 target's terms. It is inside $23–$26 with the $20.50 stop untouched. If owned, restore the README anchors (SDGR, TWST, ABCL) to the campaign's claimed names so the registry matches the campaign.
- Record the declines where the machines read them: PACB, NAUT and QSI (business quality); KOD (clinical-stage binary); IOVA (no thesis); AVAX-USD and NTSK (down on the year with negative alpha). Put them in this note's single-line verdict, which the screen prints beside any repeat (it does not suppress one), and as dispositions on the commissioning board's tracked-blindside rows so the board can close them.
- BWET: own it inside the energy-shock campaign or decline it, and answer the tradability question. Fourth week.
- Security software: commission or decline. Either commission a successor to the closed tech-rotation campaign's cybersecurity leg with a flag-and-retest entry, or decline the lane in writing. Separately, rule on Zscaler: does the long-trend veto override a met, written target condition on a repair name? Okta's 90-day grade and Zscaler's +16.95% since its call are the cost receipts.
- TXG: write down now what an arm without the gate means (the July rule says no entry), so it resolves as a documented no rather than a sixth carry.
- Close the lapsed lifecycles: AXT's review (its reopen condition is testable now), Okta's completed pass, and the 18 open calls carrying invalidation flags.
- The parked mandate questions: mention-scalper's Friday rule and value-vulture's Rule 2 calculator; SOXL's authority is moot while both semiconductor funds fail. New: should mention-scalper's box screen names the paper desk refuses?
Open checks that fell out of this note (task rows to file, not done here):
- energy-to-humanitarian-transmission, an active campaign, has no watch-for field; the five other active campaigns carry no clause the trigger check can parse.
- Base pivots recomputed nightly serve as entry triggers (Microsoft: three pivots in five sessions).
- The parked-proposal replay does not re-check a proposal's own break condition before filling (SKYY).
miss-screendoes not name its stale-skipped movers in text output.- Correction to the October 5 note: it said the biotech campaign log's last dated entry was 07-07. The newest dated entry is September 6 (Campaign 1); there is still none since.
- The biotech campaign README still carries the "User holdings inside the lane" line flagged October 5 (presence checked; content not read).
- Unread filings: ZS 8-K (October 6), IOVA 8-K (October 5), IMOS 6-K (October 8).
